If you plan to donate to UWO you might consider designating your donation. When you designate your donation the charity of your choice will receive 85% of your donation after 15% is recovered for fundraising costs. A further 5% is deducted from pledged gifts such as payroll deductions that are promised but never received. Please inform the agency directly if you wish them to be aware of the designation. 
 
You may consider donating to the charity of your choice through www.canadahelps.com. Charities will receive 96.1% of your contribution.

You can also donate directly to a local charity by calling in with your credit card number or mailing a cheque.
